Responsible for contacting customers to collect or remind them of overdue payments.- Initiate outbound calls to remind customers of outstanding payments.
Persuade, negotiate, and collaborate with customers/clients to establish feasible repayment plans.
- Efficiently follow up on payment commitments made by customers.
To achieve individual / group targets in order to be entitled for Incentive Scheme- Explain and clarify on non-payment and other product services.
