To conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
To actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
To set up meetings with potential clients; listen to their requirements and concerns
To prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
To work towards monthly or annual targets.
To participate on behalf of the Company in trade exhibitions, conference or meeting
To present regular updates and prepare monthly sales reports for Management Review
To perform ad hoc assignment as and when required by the Management
To develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the Companys products, services, campaigns or events that align with customer behaviour patterns and business goals
To propose marketing plans including promotional materials, advertising opportunities and marketing campaigns
To conduct competition research, market data analysis and present an excellent ideas to identify the target audience
To plan, create and boost an excellent content update (photos and videos) and schedule posts for the Companys website and social media platform i.e, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Tiktok
Job Requirements
Possess a recognized Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent or experience
Fresh graduate / with 1 - 2 years extensive sales as Sales Executive
Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales Experience, Sales Planning, Sales Admin, Market Research, Customer Service, Sales Skills are required
Possess valid driving license and own transport
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales / business development
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Attitude in learning attractive presentations
Computer literate
Able to work long or irregular hours when required for events
