URGENT HIRING- Duties & Responsibilities:
To interact with patients, parents, and medical professionals. Provide information in response to enquiries, appointment, activities planned by the centre, concerns and requests about service.
- This position entrails several aspects of tasks; customer service, guarantee letters, cleanliness , responsibilities, billing and cashier.
To ensure all therapist appointment slot is fully occupied/filled.- To inform doctors/therapists for appointment cancellation.
Make future reservation/ appointment for regular customers on a monthly basis.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduate encourages to apply - Training will be provided.- Excellent written and communication skills in Bahasa and English to liaise with customers. Other language is an advantage (Mandarin)
Good customer handling skills and complaint/difficult customer handling experience.
- Excellent communication and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and mange time effectively.
Pleasant personality, proactive, good stress tolerance and ability to multi-task.- Knowledge of Plato systems is an advantage.
Located in Johor Bharu branch.
