Greeting guests & visitors (external guest, despatch, delivery man, transporter, vendors, suppliers & staff from other office area and regionals).- Accepting mails/documents, parcels (arrange outgoing courier, staff drinks sampling any other departments drink sampling.
Handling incoming & outgoing call, maintaining office keyphone.
- Meeting Rooms booking arrangement in Outlook Calendar.
Maintaining office equipment (furnitures, lights, plants, photocopier/printer, water purifiers shredder and any other office related equipment)- Perform PR (workflow) for any purchase from departments.
Handling the stock flow for office beverages (for Pantry & Chiller)
- Monitoring tea lady/cleaners
Relief senior administrative & despatch cum driver as and when they are On Leave- Perform other duties as assigned.
- REQUIREMENTS (Education, Years of Experience, Skills, Etc)
SPM / Diploma in any field- Administrative and Reception Experience.
Microsoft Office Experience
- Ability to multitask and maintain organized in ad hoc environment.
Ability to interact effectively and in a supportive with persons of all background.- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
