Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure Reception & Registration procedure of patients for specialist clinics are executed in a professional manner.
  • Ensure Billing & Collection procedures are executed in a professional manner. All charges are correctly and completely included for services rendered.
  • Accepting payments, issue official receipt and submit the collection to Accounts Department according to defined work instruction.
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of patient appointments and visits.
  • Cover-up for ordering of stock, medical supplies and office requirements
  • Ensure that the front desk area is always clean and presentable.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM. Fresh Graduate is also welcome to apply.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience.
  • Able to work on Saturday
  • Highly responsible & reliable.
  • Must be customer-service orientated.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Good personality
  • Required language(s): Basic English & Bahasa Malaysia.
