Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible for front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling all phone calls, and reservations, and proactively greeting all guests and visitors.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the organization.- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution.
Provide general administration support, including data entry, filing and documentation.
- To perform any clerical and administrative tasks given from time to time.
Drivers schedule coordination. Any other ad-hoc assignments given by HOD.
- Qualifications & Requirements
At least SPM Certificate or relevant qualification.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Pleasant personality and good team player.
Possess positive attitude and sense of job responsibility.
May require overtime or off-normal working hours during peak periods
