Job Responsibilities:
Greeting Visitors
- Welcome customers and visitors to the mall friendly and professional.
Customer Assistance
- Answer questions and provide information about store locations, mall amenities, events, and
promotions.
Phone Management
- Handle incoming calls, transfer calls to the appropriate departments, and respond to voicemail inquiries.
Tenant Liaison
- Communicate with mall tenants regarding operational updates, event coordination, and tenant service requests.
Event Support
- Assist with mall events by providing information to shoppers/guests, helping with coordination, and managing inquiries related to the event.
Lost and Found
- Handle the lost and found items, logging lost items and ensuring safe storage until retrieval.
Security and Safety Assistance
- Liaise with mall security for any safety concerns or emergencies, ensuring a safe shopping environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in any related field.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Candidate with experience in SHOPPING / RETAIL MALL or related industry is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin because will required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.

- Candidate must willing to work for 6 days
