Location: Jalan Pinang , Kuala Lumpur- Welcome, greets and register visitors, vendors, customers and inform appropriate personnel.
Keep log book record of visitors, vendors, customers signing in and out of the office.
- Answer incoming calls professionally; determine purpose of calls and deliver message / forward calls to appropriate personnel.
Handling mail / deliveries from both postal and courier service; sort and distributing to the respective personnel.- Office equipment maintenance, and supervise cleaner.
- Experience in Receptionist duties
