Job Description

Location: Jalan Pinang , Kuala Lumpur
  • Job Description
  • Welcome, greets and register visitors, vendors, customers and inform appropriate personnel.
Keep log book record of visitors, vendors, customers signing in and out of the office.
  • Answer incoming calls professionally; determine purpose of calls and deliver message / forward calls to appropriate personnel.
Handling mail / deliveries from both postal and courier service; sort and distributing to the respective personnel.
  • Office equipment maintenance, and supervise cleaner.
  • Job Requirements
  • Experience in Receptionist duties

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,000.00 per month
