RESPONSIBILITY- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a copy machine and a computer
- Assist in handling meeting room booking
Office touring, workdesk & stationery preparation for new hires- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
Liaise with copy/printer machine person in charge for machine issues
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed- Liaise with vendor/supplier for merchandise restock
Maintain the general office filing system
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Scan visitors temperature, record and remind SOPs to all visitors before direct them to meet the staff for meetings or etc- Punctual, observe the working hours and maintain good attendance.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required- Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
Excellent interpersonal skills
- Punctual with strong attendance history
