Job Description- Greet vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors. Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories. Maintain security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges.
Route incoming calls and place outgoing calls.
Greeting /welcome visitors / vendor / interviewees in a warm and friendly manner and directing them to the correct person or department.- Handling of VIP / Vendor / interviewee shoes locker.
Provide job application forms for candidates to be interviewed.
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times- Prepare light refreshments for visitors if required.
To attend to all incoming calls appropriately and courteously handling basic inquiries.
- Transfer of phone calls and taking message for related staff.
Make sure customers calls are handled properly, getting the right service personnel to receive the call.
