Job Description

RECEPTIONIST CUM HR ASSISTANT
  • Job Responsibilities:
To manage the front desk operations;
  • To manage calls with great efficient manners and direct to the right recipients;
To perform general administration and ad-hoc duties as and when required;
  • To update in attendance/ leave/ medical leave into for all level;
To assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidates for interviews.
  • To maintain confidentiality of all employee information.
  • Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
Good communication skills;
  • Service oriented with an eye for detail;
Proactive, self-motivated and energetic;
  • Ability to work effectively, independent and be a team player;
Well-presented and professionally well-groomed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM1,800.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
Overtime pay
