Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule drivers trips.
Arrange lunch menu for the staffs.
Support finance department (Raise Purchase Order, Process Invoices)- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Studies / Administration Management or relevant.
1-2 years experience.Fresh graduate
is welcome. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
