Requirements- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma/Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience
in the related field is required for this position.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proficient in speaking, reading, and listening in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Attend to all incoming and outgoing calls appropriately.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail / couriers / parcels and other deliveries.
Monitor all letters, records, documents and the related monitoring logs are recorded and filed effectively.- Organize meeting room, prepare refreshment and ensure cleaners clear up after meetings.
Assist for petrol and toll card for salesman/drivers claims.
- Coordinate with PIC and arrange PUSPAKOM test if required.
Control movement for office equipment.- Liaise with suppliers for quotation on office supplies, negotiation and maker recommendation for purchase as per approval limit table.
Assist in the coordination of company functions/events.
- Perform office administrative duties such as make payment of utilities bill, liaise with management office for any repair.
To perform general administrative duties and functions (e.g. database entry, filing, typing, updating company directories if needed, and performing ad-hoc duties as and when necessary)

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM3,200.00 per month
