Serve as the receptionist, welcoming visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.- Coordinate administrative functions and oversee all aspects of general office and departments.
Control and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment. Arrange for the repair and maintenance of office equipment as needed.
- To monitor overall office cleanliness and housekeeping.
Receive and distribute correspondences to the necessary parties.- Oversee company vehicles maintenance, including lorry inspection, insurance, and road tax renewals.
To update company project name list.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
Candidates must possess at least a SPM / Certificate or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Minimum 1 year of administrative work experience.- Pleasant personality, responsible, positive mindset and attitude.
Job Location: Kempas Utama, Johor Bahru.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (- 45am-6pm)
Good performer entitled for yearly company incentive trip / up to 5 months bonus
