Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Answer the phone in a timely and direct / transfer call to the person in charge.
Serves visitor by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
  • Answer Patient's questions.
Schedule appointments.
  • Take and process payments.
Perform administrative tasks (answer the phone, take messages, contact clients, file records, basic accounting, and more).
  • Requirements:
  • Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Polite, pleasant personality and possess good telephone etiquette.
Excellent phone and in-person communication skills. Computer literacy in basic applications like email and Microsoft Office.
  • Candidates without experience / Fresh Graduate, but posses positive attitude and fast learner are encouraged to apply (Training provided)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM2,800.00 per month
