Responsibilities:- Answer the phone in a timely and direct / transfer call to the person in charge.
Serves visitor by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.- Answer Patient's questions.
Schedule appointments.
- Take and process payments.
Perform administrative tasks (answer the phone, take messages, contact clients, file records, basic accounting, and more).
- Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Polite, pleasant personality and possess good telephone etiquette.Excellent phone and in-person communication skills
. Computer literacy in basic applications like email and Microsoft Office.
- Candidates without experience / Fresh Graduate, but posses positive attitude and fast learner are encouraged to apply (Training provided)
