Job Description

Receptionist Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls while providing information or taking messages as required.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and organized.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Appointment and Scheduling Management:
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences for staff and executives.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth meeting arrangements.
  • Manage and update office calendar and booking systems.
Customer Service:
  • Provide information to customers and visitors about company services, products, and policies.
Address and resolve customers or visitor inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating company databases and records.
Support to Management:
  • Provide administrative support to executives and managers, including preparing reports, handling travel arrangements, and organizing events.
Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed.
Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words/Excel).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM2,500.00 per month
