We are looking for a Receptionist to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
BAR Formula Sdn Bhd is a Bioremediation Technology company that specializes in composting in the Palm Oil Industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitor and prepare meeting rooms
Ensure office cleanliness- Prepare Purchase Order, Payment Voucher, Payable Tracking and update Bank Statement
Research, compare, evaluate and negotiate offers from suppliers
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, copying and filing
Apply and maintain validity of company certificates such as Business License, SSM and etc.- Maintain proper administration filing and keep sufficient accounting records
Handle companys car and lorry for service, maintenance, Puspakom inspection, roadtax and insurance.
- Monitor stocks of office, pantry supplies and purchase when there are shortages
Ensure meeting rooms are kept tidy/chairs are arranged and drinks is prepared.- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Any other duties that may be assigned as and when needed.
Requirement- Possess SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Office Management or any related field.
Proven work experience as a Clerk, Admin or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional attitude and appearance.- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
Prefer Tamil speaker
- Applicant MUST be Malaysian citizen and willing to work in Bukit Gasing, Petaling Jaya.
SPM leaver and fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Location: Office is based in Bukit Gasing, Petaling Jaya
Working hours: Office hours - Monday to Friday (- 00am - 6.00pm)
Working days: 5 days
