Responsibilities:- Attend to customers and company visitors at the reception in a prompt and professional way such as (i) Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner; (ii) Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; (iii) Provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
Attend to and facilitate customers requests and enquiries for product information, service requests, complaints and others related matters with professionally.- Track and follow up all service requests and issues with customers and service centre team to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution for the customers.
Maintain the operations of service centre and showroom on a daily basis according to company requirements and standard.
- Responsible for all administrative work at the Service Centre such as (i) Filing and documentation of paperwork; (ii) Organisations of customer database.
To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM/ A Level/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.- 1 2 years of experience in customer service or retailing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is added advantage.
Capable of working independently, demonstrating resourcefulness and proactivity, with the ability to handle customers effectively and with tact.- Strong prioritization, organization, and administrative skills
