JOB SCOPEWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Support Team as the Receptionist cum General Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and providing excellent customer service as the first point of contact for visitors and employees. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Welcome and assist clients and visitors.- Answer phone calls and direct them to the right person.
Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
Help schedule meetings and maintain calendars.- Manage office supplies and order when needed.
Assist with basic document preparation and record-keeping.
- Any other duties as assigned by Operation Manager or Head of Support Department.
