Min SPM or Diploma- Able to assist with admin duties

Responsibility:
Handle all incoming calls
Managing the front office reception area
Greets and welcoming visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors may have
Maintain cleanliness of the reception area
Directing visitors to the correct office
Sorting and distributing mail
- For Tele Sales Executive duties , minimum 2 years experience preferred.
