Responsibilities- Provide a welcoming and efficient check-in/check-out experience, ensuring high guest satisfaction.
Collect payments and deposits, maintaining professionalism and cleanliness in the reception area.- Manage reservations from diverse channels (OTA, Phone, Walk-ins, Website).
Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor for optimal room allocation and special arrangements.
- Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Facilitate the collection of guest feedback for continuous improvement.- Provide detailed information about the hotel, room options, rates, amenities, and activities.
Conduct night audits and generate management reports.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
Able to work shifts and on public holidays, 6 days a week.
- Team player with a pleasant personality.
Can communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbally).
