Job Description
- Evaluate patients medical condition and history to determine most suitable radiographic technique for diagnosis.
Interact with patients to offer them psychological support and address their concerns regarding an imaging procedure.- Adjust diagnostic equipment to deliver accurate amount of radiation to patients.
Operate X-ray medical instruments.
- Maintain proper records of patient details ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
Explain to patients and their family the details of a procedure.- Regularly inspect diagnostic equipment to ensure they are functional and operate efficiently.
Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines to minimize risk of exposure to ionizing radiation correctly position patients prior to X-ray imaging in order to obtain high quality films.
- To carry out the duties required for Quality Assurance Program and Quality Control every year before expiry to enable X-ray license can be renewed smoothly.
To maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.- To comply with Health & Safety guidelines at all times, including when taking x-rays, disposing of sharps and clinical waste, emergency procedures and fire drill.
To comply with all medical ethical guidelines including all rules on confidentiality, Data Protection and Safeguarding Protection.
- To ensure operation of clinic equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting.
Malfunctions; to call for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.- To maintain and increase competence in radiographic skills by actively following a program of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
To carry out any other duties requested by the employer to ensure that patients receive a high-quality patient care. To be flexible with duties to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
- To perform other clerical duties related to operation if required.
To establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the team
Requirement:- Minimum at least Diploma related for this position
Able to communicate well in English

Satuday/Sunday/Public Holidays : 8:30AM - 5:00PM / 9:00AM - 6:00PM / 10:00 - 7:00PM
