Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design hardware for new transceiver products.
- Contribute to the architectural design of new transceiver products.
- Address and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with teams across various locations and functions (such as firmware, mechanical, PCB design, and test development), playing a crucial role in the development of new transceiver products.
- Assist the NPI (New Product Introduction) and manufacturing teams with analyzing and solving transceiver-related problems.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Optical Communications, or a related field, with a robust background in hardware design.
- Expertise in high-speed circuit design, as well as analog circuit design and debugging.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware design and development of electrical circuits.
- Proficient in schematic capture, PCB layout design, and related tools.
- Strong technical foundation and experience in high-speed circuit design; familiarity with high-speed optical transceivers is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
