Responsibilities:
- To carry out R&D projects such as formulation, sample preparation and sensory evaluation.
To initiate research & development efforts to create new products.- To establish/maintain and update related work instructions, including analysis method, specification (recipe, ingredients list, nutritional fact) and documents of all projects and samples status on time.
To conduct and monitor the preparation of prototype/sample and to determine the process specifications in the lab.
- To improve and revise existing product formulations and process, if necessary, to optimize productivity and cost.
Selection and quality control of raw materials used in products.- To provide relevant technical support and expertise regarding product, process, ingredients or food regulations as appropriate.

At least Diploma in Food Technologies/Nutrition or its equivalent with minimum 2 years
of working experience, preferably specialized in Food Technology/Nutritionist.- Familiar with general food processes, food safety requirements, local Food Act & Regulations, GMP, FSSC and HACCP.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
