To carry out R&D projects such as formulation, sample preparation, and sensory evaluation- To initiate research & development efforts to create new products
To establish/ maintain and update related work instructions, including analysis method, specification (recipe, ingredients list, nutritional fact), and documents of all projects and samples status on time
- To conduct and monitor the preparation of prototype/ sample and to determine the process specifications predetermined in the lab
To improve and revise existing product formulations and processes if necessary to optimize productivity and cost- Selection and quality control of raw materials used in products
Requirements
- Related study in Food Science/ Food Technology
