R&D AND LAB RESPONSIBILITIES- Establish an experimental design and conduct any laboratory work required for any new project shared by sales team.
Establish a literature review consisting relevant conceptual understanding, methodology, technology and mechanism for new product development when necessary.- Ensure all lab activities recorded as per TSR system while NPP and NPR project plan are properly documented.
Team member in reviewing any procedure and work instruction related to activity in lab and process in production.
- To monitor and conduct laboratory equipment calibrations and mitigations as per schedule.
To share and assisting production team in establishing procedure for new product especially media series.- To conduct housekeeping checklist every month and make sure spill kit are available and in good condition.
To assist any QA & QC when necessary.
- To prepare any sample request and to make sure movement of equipment and incoming samples are recorded when necessary.
- PROJECT AND TECHNICAL RESPONBILITIES
Assisting and advising technical team on project execution especially for the part of technology, product utilization and arrangement and any specific requirement.
- To prepare and assisting mass balance, process flow diagram and also sizing and calculation.
Assisting technical team with any enquiry on product performance during commissioning or after sales.- Assisting sales team in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals when necessary.
To advise and liaise with on-site team on any testing required and action plan when necessary.
To participate fully in companys QMS, EMS and HSEMS initiatives
- Act as EMS Internal Audit and carry out EMS internal audit as per audit plan or as instructed by companys EMR
Preparation and organization product literatures including hazard classification, product data sheet, SDS and application guide.
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Chemical Engineering- At least 3 years working experience in the related field.
Computer literate
Good communication skills.
