Specialized in prepare and review contract document / letter of award and etc.
To monitor and review all Main-Con contractual records that are in line and comply with the agreement.
Assist in preparation of all aspects of contractual and commercial side of project in the following pre and post contract activities.
Generally to provide support to the sales, project, and technical team.
Preparation of monthly progress claims variation order and related documents, and ensure that is in line with technical & commercial specifications of the projects.
To coordinate with project teams in contractual claims such as variation orders, an extension of time, loss expenses, etc.
To liaise with the main contractor and consultant on the variation order matters.
To ensure every progress claim, certification, and invoice to the main contractor are issued on a timely basis.
To monitor and ensure the project expenses are within the allocated budget.
Ensuring all documents are stored/filed in good order (softcopy & hardcopy).
To coordinate, control and organize all quality control documents between the company and office staff and clients.
To be responsible for debt collection and assist in credit control function.
To provide administrative support.
To provide support to the sales team in the preparation of sales-related literature.
Carry out other duties as directed.
Job Requirements
Min. Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey / Civil Engineering or other related fields.
At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent English communication skills both written & oral (Mandarin would be added advantage)
Possess excellent negotiation and coordination skills and able to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
Able to liaise and coordinate effectively between consultant, contractor, client/ specialist and project team.
Good command in Microsoft Office and Auto CAD.
Posses own transport and willing to travel to site when required.
