Prepare detailed cost plans for the project, including materials, labor, and overheads.- Prepare and issue tender documents, including bills of quantities (BQ).
Assist in negotiating and finalizing contracts with contractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and agree on final accounts with contractors, ensuring that all financial aspects are settled.
Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, changes, and agreements.
Precision in calculations and attention to detail in documentation.
- Strong numerical ability for cost estimation and financial analysis.
Ability to address and resolve financial and contractual issues.
