Objective:- Ensure projects remain within budget
- Provide cost and material estimates
- Draw up projected budgets
- Work alongside a team, noting any design changes and their effect on cost
- Manage the costs related to projects, from initial projections to the final figures
- Help get good value for money across projects, whilst still meeting the required quality and regulations
- Monitor ongoing renovation projects and ensure they are completed within the projected budget and schedule
- Responsibilities:
- Reviewing renovation layout plans and preparing bill of quantities.
- Searching on cost of materials & contractors to ensure the best deals.
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Advising managers on improvements and new strategies.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

- Requirement:
Bachelor's diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying
1 year experience in renovation field will be in advantage
Knowledge of Renovation & Construction.
Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
Able to travel
