Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Building Contractors
Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
- Working Location: Mandai Estate
Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri,
- 30 am 5.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Interpret drawings, understand construction plans and calculate the quantities needed.- Find subcontractors and suppliers for project requirements.
Prepare documents and bids for tenders.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurement.
Manage ongoing communication with consultants and subcontractors regarding progress claims, variation works and finalisation of accounts.- Other tasks assigned by the management.
Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Building/ QS or equivalent.- Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience in quantity surveying (Preferably for renovation and A&A works).
Possess knowledge for local form of contracts (i.e. PSSCOC, SIA & etc.) is an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
