Key Responsibilities/Duties:- Source, evaluate, and negotiate terms and conditions and contract clauses with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Quantity measurement, costing, and estimation for both pre-contract and post-contract
- Track changes to the Design/ Construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Review Bill of Materials against actual consumption and amend accordingly in the ERP system.
- Monitor the usage of key raw materials to reduce wastage
- Evaluate progress payment and VOs, cost-benefit analysis, and prepare variation order
- Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in a timely manner
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
- Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying and or relevant fields
- 2 years working experience in the precast industry is advantage
- Candidate with no experience in the Construction Industry and fresh graduates
are also encouraged to apply as training will be provided for suitable candidates.
