Job Requirements
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Accountancy
Preferably 1 year of experience in construction (QS or Accounting)
Well versed in construction contractual and costing matters
Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and good with numbers
Ability to manage multiple projects
Detailed oriented, good organization and planning skills
Job Description
Client
Review and edit progress claims prepared by project engineers
Remind project engineers to submit progress claims to clients on time
Track and follow up payment certificates from client
Liaise with Finance team to monitor payment status
Prepare monthly project costings, summary of claims and certificates and ad-hoc reports requested by management
Ensure all projects documentations are kept in OneDrive
Subcontractor
Request quotation, prepare costing and negotiate pricing for subcontractors works
Issue letter of awards to subcontractors
Coordinate with project engineers to reviews subcontractors monthly progress claims
Prepare subcontractors payment certificates

- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
