Perunding Kos KVC is an established quantity surveying consultancy firm seeking a talented and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert cost management and quantity surveying services to a variety of clients across the construction industry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and collaborate with industry professionals.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive cost management and quantity surveying services for clients, from project inception to completion.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
  • Evaluate and manage project costs, ensuring that expenditures are kept within agreed budgets.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to support client decision-making.
  • Administer contracts, including variations, claims, and final accounts, on behalf of clients.
Provide advice on procurement strategies and contract selection.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure effective cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
Undertake regular site visits to monitor progress, assess costs, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minium 1 year of experience in a quantity surveying consultancy or similar environment.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of cost management, contract law, and construction processes.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools (e.g., Glodon, BIM, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Familiarity with local and international construction contracts and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,500.00 per month
