Job description- To take off quantities and preparation of tender submission
Call quotation from subcontractor prior to subcontractor selection award- Prepare comparison of quotations and report to Contract Manager accordingly
Prepare progress claim for main contractor and subcontractor
- Organize and manage all corresponding letter and drawing
Assist project manager in regards of contract issues- Liaise closely with purchaser
Any other related tasks assigned from superior from time to time
Requirements:
* 3years of working experience in QS, preferably with property developer, construction or consultancy exposure
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
