Job Requirements- Diploma/Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of working experience in residence and commercial building- Good technical knowledge of requirements for interior design and fit-out works
Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Auto-CAD software is essential
- Good communications, interpersonal skills and able to work independently
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines- A good team player, resourceful, mature and creative with an eye for details
Good planning, organization and coordination skills
- Competent in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin would be an added advantage- Willing to work odd hours
- Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for interior fit-out and design works such as pre fit-out unit access, handover of vacant possession, monitoring of fit-out progress, site inspection, etc.
- Responsible to supervise, facilitate and coordinate on the progress of stores interior fit-out works and to resolve issues on a timely manner
To conduct fit-out briefing/meeting for all contractors to ensure that all inhouse fit-out rules and safety standards are strictly adhered to- Responsible as main contact person to co-ordinate and resolve issues on fit-out and design works with contractors, consultants and other sub-contractors- Work alongside the Real Estate Department in providing technical support during the lease negotiation phase with landlords and to ensure timely handover of retail premises
Ensure that all M&E drawings and other relevant documents are in place prior to the commencement of fit-out works
- Responsible to conduct final inspection on completed fit-out works before handover to operations - To provide assistance and support on all other complex operational matters
