Involved in tendering process (pre & post-tender) including sourcing for sub-contractors & suppliers- Responsible for cost calculation, project costing accordingly to BQ
Liaise with Suppliers (Local & Oversea) & Subcontractor
- Liaise with Project & Design Team on all material purchase related matters
Liaise with Project & Design Team on all BQ related works- Handle material delivery schedules
Check and verify invoices from suppliers
- Check and verify claims from sub-contractors
Verify interim claim and variation order (VO)
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent- At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
