Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Estimate project budgets by analyzing construction drawings and specifications. Review awarded contracts for deviations from tender.
  • Monitor project costs throughout lifecycle, identifying and addressing cost overruns.
  • Assist in procurement, including obtaining quotes, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Administer contracts between client and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Oversee subcontractor work, verifying compliance, certifying payments, and controlling costs.
  • Provide advice and assistance in resolving disputes between parties during legal proceedings.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Salary based on experience (Can be negotiate)
  • Ability to work independently & attention to details
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel & Basic Knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Able to work at Puchong, Selangor.
  • Posses own transport.
