Job Description
- To prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
To liaise closely with the designers on the design specifications before issuing BQ.- To account costing within budget & capex given by superior/top management
To procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
- To select, source new materials when required
To instruct & cross check with admin assistant before issuing Purchase Orders for all the invoices for contractors & suppliers- To liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site supervisor, contractors, suppliers.
To measure and value the work done on site.
- To track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
To attend site meetings and check on the materials if as per BQ confirmed & drawing specifications.
Requirements- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in QS, with at least 1 year working experience in Interior Design and Joinery works are encouraged to apply.
Computer literate, preferably Microsoft Excel, Word & Project Posses experience in ID field is preferable.
- Able to liaise with franchisees , sub-contractors & attend site meetings
Able to work independently under minimum supervision- Able to handle multiple projects in short period
Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to work overtime and possess own transport.
Willing to travel outstations when required- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
