Job Description: -Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for potential projects
- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate cost projections
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process
- Identify areas of potential cost savings or cost overruns
- Prepare progress reports and financial statements for clients and stakeholders
- Provide advice on cost control measures and strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
- Proficient in using quantity surveying software and tools
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cost calculations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
