Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field Preferably Senior executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Candidate will act as a Quantity Surveyor for this job position.
Must be able to travel and work at site.
Job Description:- Provide Costing Analysis for each Project.
Obtaining cost price comparisons from craftsmen and suppliers (at least three prices)
- Manage current payment claims and review all bills from subcontractors and suppliers before sending them to General Manager for verification.
Monitor quotations from craftsmen during construction so as not to exceed the contract budget.- Make briefings related to BQ with the design and project team before entering the site for each project.
