Job Responsibilities:- Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation
Cost Control, Cost Management, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting in the construction project. Reporting and documentation.
Handling Pre/Post Contract.- Manage and liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management
, or related field.- At least 2-3 years of working experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and meticulousness.
Ability to work independently, positive attitude, and a good team player.- Relevant certification or membership in a professional body is a plus.
Able to travel on-site.
Working hour:
- 5 days (Saturday half-day work from home)
