Responsibility:-
- Prepare Bill of Quantities, Tendering, Purchase Order, Taking Off, Quotation, Contract Document, Site Reports and related quantity surveying documents.
- Attend site valuation and site measurement.
- Responsible for claims and cost management in which able to prepare progress claims, final account, valuation of contracts works and familiar with contractual claims.
- To liaise and establish rapport with Consultants, Quality Surveyor and Architects and certification of claims for payment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by Management.
Requirements:
- Graduate in: Diploma/Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying
- At least 2-4 years of working experience in contractor company/quantity surveying
- Must know the computer software such as Auto Cad & Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently, self-initiative and able to produce quality work within tight deadlines
- Must be willing to travel / outstation / working overtime & relocate
- Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
- Must be willing to work in Shah Alam
- Have own transportation

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
