Prepare sub-con progress claim Projected/estimated cost
Attend site meeting/valuation
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field- 2 to 4 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
- Proficient in construction cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent numerical and analytical skills- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in cost calculations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ad-hoc tasks as instructed by Contract Manager
