_Pre-contract Administration:_
- Collection of tender document, sourcing of suppliers and sub-contractors, calling quotation, measurement/taking off quantities, cost estimation, preparation of BQ, compile tender, submission of tender, prepare for tender interview and attend tender interview.
_Post-contract Administration:_
- Collection of quotation, comparison and negotiation, sub-contractor award, material budgeting, progress claim, VO quotation and claim, progress payment certificate to sub-contractor, attend site valuation, meeting and prepare final accounts.
- Handle correspondence letter and project documentation.
- Liaise and coordinate with project team to resolve any contractual matters.
_Others:_
- Maintain and update information database.
- Filing and system control.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per instructed by superior.

Able to start immediately will add advantage.- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 year relevant hand-on experience in related field for this position.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate and meticulous with administrative paper work.
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
