Have at the minimum a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics from a recognized institution- At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
Shall be able to prepare annual budgets, financial statements, cash flow projections, measurement of works in accordance to a standard method of measurement, the establishment of rates from first principle (labour/ plant/ materials)
- Shall possess excellent communication and supervisory skills
Must be registered with the board of Quantity Surveying Services in Malaysia
