1. Execute core Quantity Surveyor activities for the project or department, including but not limited to:
- Cost Planning
- Cost Budgeting
- Cost Control & Forecasting
- Cost Control Reporting, Documentation, and Cost Closeout
2. Act as the focal point and resource for Quantity Surveyor-related matters in the project or department, by:
- Providing professional advice as needed.
- Attending project meetings and discussions to represent the Quantity Surveyor function.
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Supporting effective project control execution by driving improvement initiatives and delivering trainingwhere required.
