To report to QS Manager and shall be responsible for all QS and contractual matters related to the execution of the construction contract including but not limited to payment certificates, claims, variation orders, etc.
Provide assistance to the team during negotiations, arbitration or any other forms of dispute resolution.
Price / forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bill of quantities and other documentation.
Track changes to the design and / or construction works and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
Measure and value the work done on site.
Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and project coordinator.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this positions as may be appropriate.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying from an accredited recognized university.
Minimum 2 years experiences.
Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential.
A team player with the ability to interact at all levels.
Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.
