Responsibilities:- Manage and prepare contracts, tender documents and other requirements applicable to the projects.
Projecting cost estimates on various materials needed for a project.- Coordinate with site project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time, project cost control, work permit etc.
Call for quotation & negotiation with the supplier/sub-contractor, monitor, control project cost and raise purchase order.
- Verify and evaluate Contractual Claims and supplier invoice before passing to account dept for payment purpose.
Attending site meeting, project brief meeting & design brief meeting- Monitoring and keeping track of project progress and take responsibility for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract;
Liaising with site managers and other necessary people to ensure the project follows to the timeline.
- Resolve outstanding claim issues, prepare variation orders (VO) promptly.
Other duties as assigned by superior.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey/ Construction Management or equivalent.- At least 2 years of working experience in the INTERIOR DESIGN firm is required for this position.
Preferably Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Self-discipline, responsible, self-motivated, positive thinking, really can committed and good in negotiation skill.
Fresh graduates are welcomed.
