Job scope Assess and analyze project requirements from the drawing provided by customer.
- Work with fabricator, prepare cost estimates and quotations to customer.
Negotiate contracts and work schedules.- Monitor and report on project progress.
Work closely with other stakeholders especially sales to ensure smooth completion of the project.
Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and costs.- Proficient in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, AutoCAD, CostX).
Excellent negotiation, numerical, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
