- To ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented without compromising quality.
- To provide financial and contractual advice to project stakeholders.
- To monitor project progress and financial performance.
- To contribute to the successful completion of construction projects within budget.
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare bill of quantities and analyze cost estimates for construction projects.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses throughout the construction process.
- Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Provide advice on procurement strategies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve any financial or contractual disputes that may arise during the project.

- Requirement:
Bachelor's diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying
1 year experience in construction field will be in advantage
Strong knowledge of construction costs & contracts
Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Excel, AutoCAD
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Able to travel
